INTRODUCTION

Established in 1998, Stagno Tech Sdn Bhd (STSB) began business in Construction and Maintenance Management, focusing on installation and maintenance of high-tech, state of the art facilities and equipment. Since then, Stagno Tech has established a niche in the maintenance service industry and proven its capabilities through the successful undertaking of the Maintenance Service Contract with the Petrosains Discovery Center.

Petrosains Discovery Center, a state of the art science centre owned and operated by PETRONAS, is Malaysia's first interactive multi-media and simulation-based science exhibition center, regarded as amongst the best in the world. Our highly trained staff comprising of experts in various engineering disciplines and IT is at work each and everyday carrying out inspections, repairs, servicing and maintenance work for the centre. Stimulated by the ever-changing requirements of the client and the trust bestowed on us, we have also been awarded with the construction and installation of fit-out works for the centre, a proud testimony of the confidence and endorsement of our work quality and capabilities.

Construction and Project Management is another expanded sector of Stagno Tech. We have an experienced staff led by our Management Team who has between them 40 years of experience in project management, construction and maintenance. Our services range from design and construction of state of the art science museum centers (KLCC) to construction of large-scale infrastructure projects (Putrajaya) and petroleum based plants. We are presently registered with Kementerian Kewangan, Construction Industry Development Board (G7), Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (Kelas 'A') and other corporate bodies such as Petronas, MAS and MISC.

Stagno Tech has also diversified into other areas through four subsidiary companies namely Permata Perdana, ST Equipment Supply and Services, ST Dotcom and ST-Sysmint. Permata Perdana is involved in trading of timber-based furniture and products while ST Equipment Supply and Services supplies scientific and high-tech equipment. ST Dotcom is involved in Information Technology and the supply of Audio Visual Systems while ST-SysMint Sdn Bhd manufactures wood based furniture.
