a subsidiary of Stagno Tech which primarily focus on trading of specialized
equipment. The product list includes machinery and equipment for office,
laboratories and factories.

Permata Perdana Sdn. Bhd. is another subsidiary
of Stagno Tech, and its main business activity is trading and manufacturing
of timber-based products, architectural and fit-out materials.

| ST- Sysmint Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stagno Tech
and is involved in the manufacture of wood based furniture. Its 13,000
sq. ft. built-up factory is located in Hulu Klang Industrial Area,
Selangor. |

| Stagno Metalbuilt was incorporated to undertake the laboratory furniture
business for the Ministry of Education. The Company has it manufacturing
facilities located at Klang, Selangor. The factory produce metal based
type of laboratory of furniture. |

ST Peransang is currently the Maintenance Contractor from the HVAC
Systems at PETRONAS Twin Tower building. KLCC,
Jalan Ampang.

Stagno Engineering was incorporated to undertake specialist engineering
works and turn-around Plant Maintenance Works in the oil & gas
and petrochemical industries. The Company are capable to provide Engineering,
Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) services for
any offshore and onshore project. At the same time, carry out the
services for complete turn-around Plant Maintenance Work for Petrochemical
Plant. |
